MEET OUR TEAM

The Human Resources department is committed to partnering with managers and staff through our many services. Our department is comprised of:

  • Employment Unit - responsible for overseeing all stages of the hiring process.
  • HR Operations - oversees key operations functions including: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Workforce Development, Diversity, Employee Relations, and Temp Services.
  • Temp Services - works with employment staff to address immediate short-term hiring needs.
  • Compensation and Benefits - works to inform, assist, and support employees with compensation and/or benefits issues.
  • Labor Relations - responsible for representing the Alliance and its managers in all aspects of labor and employment law.
  • Workforce Development - works to increase opportunities for employees to advance into more responsible, higher paying positions and helps them attain training in healthcare vocations to meet current and anticipated staffing shortages.
  • Organizational Development - works to improve organizational performance by developing a learning climate that integrates personal development, team learning and performance improvement into daily work.
