Dianna is the Manager of Social Work for inpatient psychiatry CHA’s Cambridge Hospital Campus. She graduated from Bentley College with a BS Degree in Accountancy and Administration, and from Simmons College with a Masters in Social Work. She has worked in public and community mental health settings for more than 17 years, has provided direct care and management for both adult and child/adolescent populations, and for both inpatient and outpatient services. Former positions included Riverside Community Care - Assistant Director - Newton/ Dedham Outpatient Clinics, and Vinfen Corporation – DBT Specialist / Liaison to North Shore Services which included program development for DBT Specialty Residences, as well as establishment of two outpatient clinics in Haverhill and Lawrence, MA. She also completed an Advanced Clinical Fellowship at the Judge Baker Children’s Center in Boston, MA (a Harvard Medical School affiliate) where she provided individual, family, and group focused treatment and evaluation for children and families.
Dianna’s clinical background is diverse, and includes such modalities as trauma focused treatment, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). She sits on the Cambridge Health Alliance Social Work Leadership Council, and participates in teaching and supervising in both the Social Work Internship and Child Psychiatry Fellowship training programs at the hospital. Dianna is dedicated to providing excellence in care and services that improve the health of our patients and our communities.
