Elizabeth Harkins, MS, CCC-SLP
Liz joined the Cambridge Health Alliance team in 2012, and is a licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist who evaluates and treats patients of all
ages with impairments and disorders of speech, language, swallowing and
cognition. Liz received a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from
Dartmouth College and a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and
Disorders from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She has her
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language
Hearing Association. Her clinical interests include aphasia, cognitive
impairment, written language disorders and language development. She has
performed clinical research in aphasia and cognitive deficits following
stroke and brain injury.
Liz has experience teaching students with
language-based learning disabilities including oral expression, social
skills and reading/writing, as well as working with adults in a
rehabilitation setting treating speech, language, cognitive and
swallowing difficulties.
Emily Landis, MS, CCC-SLP
Emily is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who evaluates and treats children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders and impairments. Emily earned her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Her clinical interests include spoken language disorders and delays, as well as disorders in reading and writing.
Emily has experience working with individuals with fluency disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, articulation impairments, phonological disorders, pragmatic language disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and dyslexia. She joined the Cambridge Health Alliance team in 2011.
