Caring for Children in Many Ways

Pediatric Primary Care

It is important to get care for your child in a convenient location. That's why we offer primary care for kids in Cambridge, Somerville, Everett, Malden, and Revere.

All pediatric sites are taking new patients and will see you as soon as possible. And, if your child is sick or hurt, you will be able to see a pediatrician any day of the year.

Pediatric Specialty Care

Specialty services are available for children at several CHA sites, including Cambridge Hospital. This lets your child get the care they need without going into Boston.

Cambridge Health Alliance doctors and medical staff have special expertise in the following Pediatric Specialty areas:

Asthma Eye Care and Vision
Dentistry Mental Health
Diabetes Nutrition
Ear, Nose, & Throat Podiatry
Gastroenterology Surgery

24 Hour Emergency Care

If your child is having a medical emergency, please dial 911.

You can find 24-hour Emergency care at all three CHA hospitals - Cambridge, Somerville, and Whidden. (Current wait times online)

There is a special pediatric track at Cambridge Hospital with four emergency exam rooms designed especially for children with 24-hour coverage.

Hospital Care

If your child is seriously ill or injured and needs overnight care, we have an arrangement with MGH for Children that allows your child to be directly transferred and admitted for treatment.
