Dr. Stephen N. Kales is a national expert in Occupational & Environmental Medicine and Director of the training program in Internal and Occupational Medicine at the Harvard School of Public Health. His important research on the health of first responders and truck drivers has helped inform national public policy. He is Chief of our Division of Occupational & Environmental Medicine and Medical Director of our Occupational Health Program.
