CHA's Everett Older Adult Health Program Offers Free "Living Alone" Workshop

Everett, Mass. – The Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) Everett Older Adult Health Program and the Everett Council on Aging, along with sponsorship of the Everett Foundation for the Aged, will host "Living Alone Out Loud," a free four-session program led by Kathy Hoey, manager of CHA's Outpatient Geriatric Psychiatry department. The workshop is designed to help participants boost their mood and energy, deal with stress and challenges, and find more balance and contentment.

All Everett residents age 60+ are invited to attend. Meetings will be on four Mondays: January 6, 13, 27, and February 3, 2014, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. in the Everett Armory Conference Room, 90 Chelsea St. Snacks will be provided and gift cards given to attendees at all four sessions.
