From Points North:

1. Take I-93 S
2. Take the Fellsway West/Rt-28 exit (exit 33) toward Winchester
3. At the rotary, take the 3rd exit and stay on Fellsway W/RT-28 S approx. 1 mile
4. Take a left at the lights onto RT-60
5. Go through 4 sets of lights, the last one of which is just after passing under the Malden Center T stop
6. Take a right onto Canal Street which is just before the Super Stop & Shop
7. Follow for 1½ blocks, the health center will be on your right.

From Points South:

1. Take I-93 N
2. Take the RT-28N exit (exit 29) Somerville/Everett
3. Take the right fork to RT-28N /Everett/Malden and merge onto Fellsway W/RT-28 N
4. Follow through a major intersection (Wellington Circle) staying on RT-28 N through 2 sets of lights and over a bridge
5. Take a right at next light onto Medford Street
6. Follow Medford St. through 3 sets of lights
7. After crossing over a small river, take a left at the lights onto Canal Street. The health center will be on your left

From Route 16:

1. Follow MA-28 N at Wellington Circle
2. Continue through 2 sets of lights and over a bridge
3. Take a right at next light onto Medford Street
4. Follow Medford St. through 3 sets of lights
5. After crossing over a small river, take a left at the lights onto Canal Street. The health center will be on your left

From Points West VIA I-90 (Mass Pike):

1. Take I-90 Massachusetts Turnpike E/Boston
2. Follow to RT-93 N/93 S (Exit 24 A-B-C) to Concord, NH/S Station/Quincy
3. Take left fork to 24 C-B
4. Take the right fork to 93 N/Concord, NH and merge onto 93 N approx. 3.8 miles
5. Take the RT-38/RT-28 (exit 29) Somerville/Everett
6. Take the right fork to RT-28 N/Everett/Malden and merge onto Fellsway W/RT-28 N
7. Follow through a major intersection (Wellington Circle) staying on RT-28 N through 2 sets of lights and over a bridge
8. Take a right at next light onto Medford Street
9. Follow Medford St. through 3 sets of light
10. After crossing over a small river, take a left at the lights onto Canal Street. The health center will be on your left

From North Via RT 95 S:

1. Take RT-95 S and get off at (exit 46) US-1 S to Boston
2. Continue on RT-1 S approx. 7 miles
3. Bear right at the exit for RT-99 S toward Malden/Everett
4. Continue on RT-99 for 1.6 miles and turn right at lights onto Salem St. (There is a "TOTAL" gas station on the opposite corner of Salem St.)
5. Travel about 1.6 miles on Salem St. until you pass Malden High School on the left and come to a set of lights at a 3 way intersection
6. Do not take a sharp left, but take the second left as you go through the lights onto Main Street
7. Take a right at the 3rd set of lights onto Charles Street
8. Follow Charles Street passing an Applebee's Restaurant and Super Stop & Shop on your right
9. Take a left after the Super Stop & Shop onto Canal Street. Follow for 1½ blocks, the health center will be on your right.
